SHIPPING POLICY
  • We only ship products to confirmed addresses. 

  • The address has to be confirmed via PayPal. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected to your ATM/Debit/Checking account it will not confirm.

  • Shipping inside the US may take 5-7 business days. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic we are requiring additional 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS for shipping.

  • We only ship on BUSINESS DAYS, Monday-Friday.

  • Your tracking number will be sent to the email you provide. 

  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. 


REFUND POLICY
ALL WIGS, HAIR EXTENSIONS, CLOSURES, FRONTALS, ARE FINALE SALE. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH US, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. 


Due to the nature of our products, we can not issue refunds or exchanges for extensions once they have been shipped and retrieved by the customer. We can not fully determine if the hair extensions/products have been used. These products can cause health problems if we retrieve them from a customer in an unsanitary environment.
